My First BSNL Broadband Experience



bsnl experienceI am writing this in the first 24 Hr cycle of my BSNL broadband connection which i got after a big struggle with the Telecom dept.,

Experience was strange, No Documents issued me mentioning the plan and tariff of my connection

No Experts called me with usage Details

No Manual With the supplied Modem

No customer care No given to me( Now i need to google for one)

After Connected I got this Screen

For using internet My Tata Indicom is the only Solution,

their excuse is i m in a Remote area thatz why this issue is occurring, then what about TATA and i am getting this good service for the last 4 Years with the same Modem

No also Writing this From the TATA Connection




While Connected , Good Speed from BSNL , but No Need its Disconnecting Frequently
