From the second half of 2009 i bought a new PC with Dell 18 inch TFT monitor, ( of cource i am a great fan of Dell ) . it was a great product till July 2001 and for the first time in my experience dell stop functioning. This time also Dell surprised me with their service. it too as good as a dell performance . the call center guys doent trouble me, they directed me to the technical department and he gave me his email ID and asked me to forward my bill along with Serial no and all,i sent it on next day, and surprisingly on the very next day my Dell Monotor is Replaced with a 23 inch SP2309W. and my work disturbed hardly 1 day but now i can be more comfortable with Dells new features., Dell value my time , even if i m not a big customer. and i perdonally recommend all to go for Dell , the brand will surprice you with exceptional quality, look and service!

Now come to this monitor its a 23″ LCS Monitor with aspect ratio 16:9 supports a high resolution of 2048 X 1152
